Vinny and Ted are HIRING. Our bottleshop in Chalfont St Peter is due to open in March and we require a Bar Manager and casual staff to man Ted’s Taps and create a fantastic atmosphere for our customers to enjoy
Some bar experience would be preferable but the main qualities we need are a passion for craft beer and a great customer service attitude. The rest we can teach you.
Vinny and Ted have big plans for the future including expanding into more locations and this is an ideal time to join us at the start of our journey.
THE BAR MANAGER WILL:
Work closely with the owners on the direction of Vinny & Ted
Source a range of beers from our key suppliers
Manage employees, sort the staff rota and help with recruitment
Stay on top of stock levels and deliveries
Ensure a smooth running of the bar
THE PERSON WILL:
Have a keen knowledge of craft beer and a thirst to learn more
Possess excellent communication skills and have a great teamwork ethos
Understand the importance of the guest journey and really care about delivering fantastic customer service
Have a can-do attitude
Want to learn and develop
Be able to work 40-45 hours a week
BAR STAFF
We also require bar staff for various shift work, a knowledge of craft beer is preferable as is bar experience but full training will be given
