IPA – American

This juicy IPA was brewed with 10% Vienna malt for some subtle sweetness. It was dry hopped with experimental hop variety HBC 638, aroma profile of this hop is sweet red berry and tropical fruit. We thought it would pair beautifully with Motueka and a touch of Mosaic for a layering of sweet top notes, citrus and a little dank hiding underneath.
