Pale Ale – New England/Hazy

This pale ale is one of two recipes designed by our Taproom team. Classic DEYA base of oats and some light biscuit malt, with Citra BBC in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Citra, and our first ever use of Pacific Sunrise hops from New Zealand. Tropical fruit, lemon and clementine huddle together on a soft juicy body.
