When two IPA’s collide! The first 30th Anniversary Collaboration Project release is a mash up of Baby-Faced Assassin and Elusive Brewing’s Oregon Trail. The dominant Citra hop additions of B-FA have been joined by fellow US varieties Columbus, Chinook, Simcoe and Mosaic, before, during and after fermentation, while we used a California yeast used in place of our house strain, to create a fruit bowl of passionfruit, Mango and citrus fruit flavours.
