They teamed up with Windsor newcomers *Indie Rabble* to brew this classically styled West Coast IPA as one of their first ever collaborations. Maris Otter malt with a smidge of extra light crystal gives a balanced base to which Simcoe and Amarillo were added through multiple hotside additions before dry hopping with Centennial LUPOMAX and new experimental variety HBC522. Orange citrus and pine resin for days! Unfined and vegan friendly.
