Talus has always been a mysterious siren here at Polly’s HQ – a hop that we feel should have more people championing it but strangely seems to run under the radar. As a direct descendent of Sabro, it has all the incredible stonefruit, lime, and coconut characteristics that its parentage boasts, but with additional layers of fleshy white fruits – think lychee and longan fruits – to add an incredibly unique creaminess that lends itself perfectly to the New England IPA style.
