A collaboration from Brew York and Siren for their Time Hops festival. Both being big fans of Strata hops, they decided to brew a mind-bending Black IPA, packed full of juicy melon and red berry flavours, but with a deceptively dark pour. Expect minimal roastiness, a soft body, tropical aromas and a subtle bitterness.
