For their first ever collab they partnered with Willibald Brewery in Canada. They used pilsner malt and 30% flaked Maize in the grist to really lift the flavour and colour. Expect very low bitterness, with a touch of Motueka in the whirlpool for subtle fresh lime notes to allude to the wedge you might find in a bottle.
