Foamy and crushable, KELLER is our take on an unfiltered German-style Pilsner. Lagered for 6 weeks for subtle depth of flavour, and spunded for natural carbonation to provide a dense and resilient head.

Using Weyermann Premium Pilsner malt and a touch of acidulated malt, we’ve created a naturally slightly hazy lager with notes of lemon zest, crusty bread and hay with a moreish bitterness and spritzy mouthfeel you look for in a clean crisp pilsner.
